Switch capacitor AC contactor working principle and circuit diagram

When the contactor coil is energized (the product starts to be put into operation), the magnetic system is actuated, and the main contact holder and the auxiliary contact holder for suppressing the inrush current device are pulled down under the attraction of the permanent magnet, and the first charging main contact is turned on (see FIG. 3) At this time, the current limiting resistor starts to function as a current limiter. Just moments, the magnetic system pulls in and the contactor's main contacts are closed (closed) (see Figure 4). The auxiliary contact of the surge suppression device is also pulled into place. At this time, the charging main contact bracket disengages the support from the auxiliary contact bracket under the action of the reaction force spring and the mechanical restriction, and the two are clearly separated. The charging main contact of the surge suppression device completes its current limiting task, returns to its starting position, and waits for the next task. The contactor started the normal operation of the branch and completed the input of a circuit. Once the circuit needs to be cut off, the contactor coil is cut off and the main contacts open. The auxiliary contacts and the main contacts of the surge suppression device are pulled together by a permanent magnet to complete a complete switching process. Figure 5 shows the oscillogram: The three phases A, B and C above are the main contacts of the capacitive contactor to suppress the inrush current device, and the three phases of A, B and C below the diagram are the main contacts of the contactor. The main contact opens again immediately afterwards. This oscillogram is a display of the input waveform of the capacitor contactor. Also shows the relationship between them and the time difference. Product features 1. The current limiting main contact and the contactor main contact are separated during normal operation and they act accordingly.

2. There are many auxiliary contacts. There are three pairs below 32A, and four pairs above 40A. Any combination of normally open and normally closed can be used.

3. Designed for the full range of eight specifications of 16, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 95A. The respective capacities are equipped with contactors of respective capacities.

4. Design the capacity controlled by the switched capacitor, the safety factor is large, and there is a certain margin. Safe and reliable.

5. Current limiting resistors are symmetrical, linear, insulated, and heat resistant.
