According to the requirements of the "pre-regulation", the following items shall be tested on the circuit breaker capacitors.

(1) Measurement of the insulation resistance between the poles.

(2) Measurement of the capacitance value.

(3) Measurement of tanδ.

(4) Leakage oil inspection.

First, the measurement of the insulation resistance between the poles

The test is carried out using a 2500V megger, and the requirement is generally not less than 5000MΩ. The test period is 1.3 years and the circuit breaker is overhauled.

Second, the measurement of the capacitance value

The test is carried out using the QS1 type Xilin bridge, and the positive wiring method can be used. The required capacitance value deviation should be within ±5% of the rated value. The test period is 1-3 years and the circuit breaker is overhauled.

Third, the measurement of tan δ

The test is carried out using the QS1 type Xilin bridge, and the positive wiring method can be used. The amount of tan at 10kV is required to be no more than oil-paper insulation, 0.005; composite insulation of film paper, 0.0025.

The test period is 1-3 years and the circuit breaker is overhauled.
