The ZDGB high-voltage reactive power compensation device is connected in parallel with the 6kV and 10kV high-voltage asynchronous motor to provide the reactive current required for excitation to the high-voltage motor to improve the power factor, reduce the load on the distribution transformer, and reduce the loss of the line and transformer. Improve the efficiency of transformer equipment; have obvious energy saving, improve motor starting and running performance, reduce line loss and improve voltage quality.
Features
1. The product is divided into simple type and vacuum contactor switching type: the simple product capacitor is directly connected to the motor terminal through the fuse, and the compensation device shares a switching switch with the motor, and the compensation current does not exceed 90% of the motor no-load current. In order to avoid the overvoltage caused by self-excitation after the shutdown, the motor coil is damaged;
2. The vacuum contactor is used for cutting, the motor switch is switched, and the compensation device is also input; the motor switch stops working, the device vacuum contactor is opened, the capacitor is removed, and the coil is automatically discharged;
3. The housing of the compensation device is made up of a combination of cabinet profiles or steel plates. The upper part of the cabinet is the instrument door with the instrument installed, the lower part is the steel plate door, and the door is provided with safety lock.
4. The incoming mode of the compensation device: the cable entry mode or the busbar overhead cable entry mode.
