"Ultra-high Voltage Transformer insulation characteristics and field testing of key technologies and industrial applications" project through technical appraisal

On March 28, 2015, the China Society of Electrotechnical Engineering organized a technical appraisal meeting on the project of "Research on key technologies and industrial application of insulation characteristics of ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage transformers and field application" in Nanjing. The appraisal committee was organized by Anhui Provincial Electric Power Company Institute, Southeast University and other units of the 10 experts, Huazhong University of Science and Technology Yuanyuan served as chairman. The project aims at the condition assessment and defect treatment of ultra-high voltage and ultra-high voltage transformer equipment. The insulation performance analysis and partial discharge test are studied. The aging evaluation system of capacitor type oil-paper insulation equipment and partial discharge location system are developed. And fast-sensing technology of the transformer site PD test equipment, and low-frequency heating transformer on-site drying devices. The research achievements of the project have realized the engineering application in ultra-high and ultra-high voltage substations and converter stations in Jiangsu and Anhui. Among them, intelligent frequency conversion UHV transformer PD test car and low-frequency current short-circuit heating device have formed industrial application with obvious social and economic benefits .
